How to Bring Your Royal Markys Kitten Home

APPLICATION

Complete our Kitten Application and tell us about your home, experience with cats, and what you are looking for.

REVIEW & APPROVAL

We carefully review your application and contact you if any additional information is required.

KITTEN MATCH

Once approved, we will help you select a suitable available kitten. If the right kitten is not currently available, you may join our Waiting List.

PRE-PURCHASE REVIEW

Before any reservation deposit is paid, the prospective Buyer receives or is given access to:

• the current Royal Markys Pet Kitten Purchase and Ownership Agreement — Review Copy;
• the applicable Pre-Purchase Disclosure; and
• the transaction-specific information available at that stage, including kitten, price and expected transfer details.

The Buyer has an opportunity to review the terms and ask questions before proceeding.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

After the Buyer has reviewed the applicable terms and the reservation is approved, a standard CAD $500 reservation deposit secures the kitten and is credited toward the final purchase price, subject to applicable law and the written Agreement.

KITTEN UPDATES

We keep you updated with photos, videos, and important information as your kitten grows.

FINAL AGREEMENT & PAYMENT

Before the kitten goes home, the same standard contractual terms previously provided for review are completed with the specific Buyer, kitten, price, payment, supply date, transfer arrangements and any agreed transaction-specific terms. The Buyer reviews and signs the completed final Agreement and pays the remaining balance before physical transfer.

GOING HOME

Your kitten goes home when medically and developmentally ready, usually at approximately 12–14 weeks of age.
